Debbie Mills is the managing
counsellor. Debbie has been employed by LCDI since 1995 and has managed the relationship
with CCCS since the project's inception in September 2002.
Damien Corr is the manager
of LCDI. LCDI was established in 1987 and has become one of the biggest and most
strategically focused community groups in Northern Ireland. Damien has played a
key support role in the ongoing development of CCCS in Northern Ireland.
Malcolm Hurlston, a founding
trustee, chairs the Board. He also chairs CCCS Scotland, Registry Trust and the
consulting firm, Hurlstons. He has been described as a "serial social entrepreneur"
who devised the trade union bank Unity, chairs the European Centre for Employee
Ownership, was a champion of the Community Legal Service and is a visiting professor
at Westminster Business School.
Jeremy Burton is a trustee
for many important charities in the Leeds area and is strongly connected with the
local community. He is Honorary French Consul in Leeds and is also a founding trustee.
Chris Leslie is a director
of the think-tank, New Local Government Network. A graduate of Leeds University,
he was previously a minister at the Department for Constitutional Affairs. He joined
the board in 2006.
